The Conference venue in Kyoto will be informed only to the valid registered participants in about 1-2 weeks prior to the scheduled dates.
The name as applied and paid to the conference shall be identical to the photo ID. We will check your photo ID and your name at the venue. If your registered and paid name does not match with your photo ID at the venue, you will not be admitted to the program.
Once being paid, we will not refund it for any reasons. The tickets are not transferable and assignable.
